1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WelcomeBrief ("the Service", "WelcomeBriefApp.com", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
WelcomeBrief is a software utility that allows vacation rental hosts (such as Airbnb and VRBO hosts) to scrape listing information and build digital/printable guestbooks and welcome manuals. We provide both hosted web page guestbooks and compiled print-ready A4 PDF files.
3. Licensing & Packages
We offer both free and paid plans. All purchases are bound by these parameters:
- Free Plan: Grants access to web guestbooks with basic fields. Downloadable previews contain watermarks and page limitations.
- One-Time Payment: Grants full, watermark-free access to compile a single property guidebook with unlimited edits for 30 days post-purchase.
- Host Subscription: Monthly or Annual recurring plan. Unlocks up to 5 properties with unlimited lifetime edits. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your account settings.
4. Fair Use & Scraped Listing Data
WelcomeBrief scrapers facilitate host onboarding by importing publicly viewable listing text. You are responsible for ensuring that you own or have the rights to use any content imported into your guidebook. We do not store Airbnb credentials.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Since our printable products are digital downloads generated instantly on checkout, all sales are final. However, we offer support to fix layout issues. For subscriptions, you can easily cancel your recurring plan at any time through our Stripe customer portal or by reaching out to us at help@thewelcomebrief.com. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle, but does not refund past periods.
6. Limitation of Liability
WelcomeBrief is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any issues resulting from inaccurate information provided to your guests, printed guidelines, or server outages.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
